Kaminsky's- hands down best deserts ever...and I do mean ever
Triangle Char & Bar-  this place made me want to move to Charleston, I love the vibe and the food is amazing

Macon, GA
Acapulco's- I really love this place, it's like a second home, the only place I will eat Mexican food at in Macon...give the purple margarita a try ;)
Tic Toc Room- great martinis
Ingelside Village Pizza
Joshua Cup- if they have the banana nut muffins, buy all that you can :)...can't really speak on the coffee

Phoenix, AZ
Hodori- great Korean food, don't believe me, go in and ask the many Koreans who eat there
Pars Persian Cuisine- great Persian food...my husband loves this place and it's always full of Iranians



Europe

Brussels

Delirium Cafe - I do not care for beer, but I am a huge fan of Delirium, this place is a must see in Brussels

London
Jerk City- not sure if it's the best in London, but it helped me in a time of need...because I was really wanting some jerk chicken
Waxy O'Connors- again not a big drinker, but it I really liked the overall look and feel of this place, went once with a group of who lived in London, went back the next night with a group of American tourist

Cyprus
Kasparis Restaurant- can't find a link, but it's across from Helios Hotel...the seafood is fresh and amazing, it's been almost 4 years since I've had the food and I have yet to find better calamari
Lemba Taverna- the owner is pretty nice and they have the best cheeseburger ever...it's on pita and the beef is fresh

Amsterdam
Cafe-Restaurant Dantzig- had amazing Spinach soup here which had goat cheese in it this started a love affair with goat cheese, however I read the menu changes each month, but you never know I went in 2008, it may come around again

Seoul, South Korea
Shiraz Restaurant- good Iranian food, went here a lot while I was in Korea

Uijeongbu, South Korea
Budae Jjigae Golmok- not really a place, but I would suggest going to Uijeougbu and asking for this alley and trying the Budae Jjigae...don't be fooled by the bits of hot dog and spam...this stuff is pretty good
